Mind in Chain / Tripdivefly
Last updated: 13 September 2026
The data controller for the Mind in Chain application is Hugo Ruiz Ogando (Tripdivefly).
The application stores data only on your device (browser or app local storage):
Nickname and progress stay on your device unless you clear app data or uninstall. They are not used for advertising.
On Android, if device backup is enabled, this local data may be included in your system backup according to your device settings.
To operate and improve the service, the app may send limited technical usage events from our script humano.js to our APIs on tripdiveflyes.com and mind.tripdivefly.com (for example: app open, screen/language path, training progress events).
Those events include a pseudonymous session ID created in the app, coarse device class derived from the User-Agent, and technical request metadata. Our server may read your IP address, store it in masked form (for example a.b.c.x), and derive an approximate country/city for operational statistics.
We do not require accounts or login for the training content, we do not show ads, and we do not sell personal data.
The app loads content mainly from tripdiveflyes.com. For technical reasons it may also contact third-party services. Those providers process network requests (typically IP address and User-Agent) under their own policies:
In-app purchases (when available) are processed by the store (Google Play, AppGallery, Microsoft Store, ONE Store, etc.). Payment and account data for those purchases are handled by the store under its own privacy policy; we receive purchase/entitlement status needed to unlock content.
The app may open store or external pages (for example book purchase links) in your browser. Those sites have their own privacy policies.
We do not sell personal data. We do not use advertising SDKs or advertising IDs in the Mind in Chain apps. We do not collect email addresses inside the training app for marketing.
Any relevant change to this policy will be reflected on this page, with an update to the date indicated at the beginning.
For questions about privacy or this policy, you can contact the developer email associated with the app listing.
