The data controller for the Mind in Chain application is Hugo Ruiz Ogando (Tripdivefly).

2. Data stored on your device

The application stores data only on your device (browser or app local storage):

• Name or nickname that you choose when starting (optional), to display on app screens.
• App progress: unlocked blocks and current block, so you don't lose your progress.
• App version viewed, to check for updates.

This information is not sent to our servers. It remains on your device unless you clear app data or uninstall the app.

On Android, if device backup is enabled, this local data may be included in your Google account backup according to your system settings.

3. Network requests (no accounts, no ads)

The app loads its content from tripdiveflyes.com. We do not require accounts or login, we do not show ads, and we do not sell personal data.

The app or language hub may contact third-party services for technical reasons only:

• ipwho.is — optional request from the language selection page to suggest a language from your country (IP-based). We do not receive or store that data on our servers.
• Google Fonts — typography may be loaded from fonts.googleapis.com / fonts.gstatic.com.
• Content delivery (CDN) — images and backgrounds may load from providers such as assets.zyrosite.com.

Those providers process requests according to their own privacy policies. We do not use analytics SDKs that identify users in the Android app.

4. What we do not collect

We do not collect personally identifiable data on our servers, we do not use user-identifiable analytics, and we do not share data with third parties for marketing.

5. External links

The app may open store or external pages (for example, book purchase links) in your browser. Those sites have their own privacy policies.

Any relevant change to this policy will be reflected on this page, with an update to the date indicated at the beginning.
